Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) tweeted that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs of Staff chairman Mark Milley should “acknowledge their failure and resign,” though Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said Austin has no plans to resign.
