The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a challenge from Pennsylvania Republican lawmakers regarding a Biden administration executive order aimed at increasing voter registration. The lawmakers argued the order was unconstitutional and interfered with the upcoming election, but lower courts had already dismissed the lawsuit. The court did not provide comments on its decision.
Additionally, the court declined two appeals related to baseless Republican claims about Dominion Voting Systems’ role in Donald Trump’s 2020 election loss. One appeal came from Fulton County, Pennsylvania, while the other involved nationwide claims against Dominion. Both appeals were rejected without comment.
