Mark Epstein, brother of the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, directly contradicted President Donald Trump‘s claim that he never visited Epstein’s office, calling the White House’s assertion “another blatant lie.” In an interview Tuesday on CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront, Epstein said, “People that worked for Jeffrey in his office… saw Trump in Jeffrey’s office on numerous occasions.”

The Hill reports that the interview comes as the Trump administration faces renewed scrutiny over its handling of the Epstein investigation. Epstein accuser Maria Farmer also appeared during the segment, affirming Trump’s visits to Epstein’s office decades ago.

Mark Epstein has long claimed his brother was murdered in prison, a theory dismissed by the Justice Department and FBI. A recent memo reiterated there is “no evidence” Epstein was killed or maintained a client list.

Trump has repeatedly denied a close relationship with Epstein. However, a 2003 birthday letter reported by The Wall Street Journal — allegedly signed by Trump and typed inside the outline of a nude woman — appeared to contradict that narrative. “A pal is a wonderful thing… may every day be another wonderful secret,” it read.

Trump has since sued the outlet for defamation, urging supporters to dismiss the growing focus on the Epstein files.
