House Republican investigators released an impeachment inquiry report Monday, alleging that President Biden engaged in impeachable conduct related to his family’s business activities, particularly those of his son, Hunter Biden.

The report claims it is “inconceivable” that Biden was unaware of how his family allegedly leveraged his vice-presidential role to advance business deals in Ukraine, China, and elsewhere. It accuses Biden of participating in a conspiracy to enrich his family, amounting to an abuse of power.

The nearly 300-page report, the result of a year-long investigation, comes as Democrats gather for their national convention, following President Biden’s decision not to seek reelection.
