NEW YORK, N.Y. — A new lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court alleges billionaire businessman Les Wexner helped finance Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation, claims Wexner strongly denies.

The civil complaint, brought by 11 women, accuses Wexner and the Wexner Foundation of enabling Epstein by providing more than $200 million between 1987 and 2007. Plaintiffs allege Epstein used those funds to build an international trafficking network and commit abuse, including incidents that allegedly occurred at a Manhattan townhouse once owned by Wexner.

According to the lawsuit, several plaintiffs were minors at the time of the alleged abuse and suffered long-term physical and psychological harm. The complaint further claims Wexner transferred the Manhattan property to Epstein, providing a location where the alleged crimes occurred.

Wexner’s representatives rejected the allegations, stating there is “no factual basis” for the claims and emphasizing that Epstein purchased the property years before the alleged incidents. A spokesperson also disputed the $200 million figure, asserting Epstein was paid for legitimate financial management services and that Wexner had no knowledge of any criminal activity.

Epstein, who died in a New York jail in 2019 while facing federal sex trafficking charges, had longstanding financial ties to Wexner, including serving as his adviser and holding power of attorney for years.
