Rudy Giuliani and several other co-defendants in the Georgia election subversion case are expected to surrender to Fulton County jail before former President Donald Trump arrives in Georgia.
Only four of the 18 co-defendants have been booked as of Wednesday morning, with Trump himself planning to turn himself in on Thursday.
