In a Truth Social post on Tuesday, former President Donald Trump speculated that President Joe Biden might try to reclaim the Democratic nomination at the upcoming Democratic National Convention. Trump suggested that Biden, driven by regret over stepping down, would challenge him to another debate.
“What are the chances that Crooked Joe Biden, the WORST President in the history of the U.S., whose Presidency was Unconstitutionally STOLEN from him by Kamabla, Barrack HUSSEIN Obama, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, Shifty Adam Schiff, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, and others on the Lunatic Left, CRASHES the Democrat National Convention and tries to take back the Nomination, beginning with challenging me to another DEBATE,” Trump wrote.
Trump and Biden had initially agreed to a debate on September 10, hosted by ABC, before Biden ended his reelection campaign and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris. Following Biden’s exit, Trump declined to debate Harris, calling the arrangement “terminated.” Trump has proposed a debate with Harris on Fox News on September 4. Harris has accused Trump of avoiding the debate.
