Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) is under investigation following allegations that he threatened to release nude photos and sex tapes of his former partner, Lindsey Langston, Miss United States 2024, after she ended their relationship.
Langston filed a police report with the Columbia County Sheriff’s Department on July 14, claiming Mills sent repeated messages threatening to publish explicit material and harm future romantic partners. She also reportedly filed a restraining order.
The sheriff’s office confirmed the allegations have been forwarded to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
In response, Mills denied the claims and said he had not been notified by authorities. “These claims are false and misrepresent the nature of my interactions,” he said in a statement, promising full cooperation with investigators.
Mills was previously accused of assaulting a different woman in February 2025 but was not charged. Langston told authorities she ended the relationship after learning of that incident.
Mills recently stated his intention to run for Senate in 2026 to replace Marco Rubio.
