Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced Tuesday that he has reached out to Ghislaine Maxwell‘s legal team to arrange a meeting, as the Trump administration faces mounting pressure over its handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The announcement follows orders from President Donald Trump to release all relevant grand jury testimony. In a post on social media, Blanche wrote that “no one is above the law—and no lead is off-limits,” emphasizing that the Department of Justice is committed to “uncomfortable truths” and justice.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, under fire from both MAGA-aligned critics and congressional Democrats, has tasked Blanche with furthering the investigation. Blanche said Maxwell will be allowed to share any information she has about crimes committed against Epstein’s victims.

Maxwell’s attorney, David Oscar Markus, confirmed ongoing discussions with the DOJ, stating that “Ghislaine will always testify truthfully” and thanked Trump for supporting transparency.

Maxwell, convicted in 2021 of sex trafficking and related charges, is serving a 20-year sentence in Florida. Her family has petitioned the Supreme Court for a case review, but the DOJ urged rejection of that appeal last week.
