President Trump’s Justice Department concluded there’s no evidence Jeffrey Epstein was murdered, ran a blackmail operation, or maintained a “client list,” according to a memo reviewed by Axios. The findings challenge years of conspiracy theories — including from current FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino — who previously questioned Epstein’s 2019 death.

The administration released enhanced surveillance video from Epstein’s Manhattan prison cell showing no one entered the area between 10:40 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., the window of his reported suicide. The memo reaffirms the medical examiner’s ruling of suicide.

Investigators also found no blackmail materials or credible links to uncharged prominent figures. The case is now closed, with no new indictments expected.

Patel and Bongino, once MAGA influencers who amplified Epstein conspiracies, now publicly reject those claims, citing full access to the case file.

The findings have sparked frustration among some conservatives still convinced Epstein’s death was part of a broader cover-up involving elite figures.
