Jacob Chansley, better known as the “QAnon Shaman,” has filed a $40 trillion lawsuit naming Donald Trump, Elon Musk, T-Mobile, Warner Bros., the Federal Reserve, the NSA, the IMF, the World Bank, and even the State of Israel among his defendants.
Chansley, infamous for storming the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, in a horned outfit, claims in his 26-page complaint that he is the “rightful commander-in-chief” of the United States. The filing, written as a single paragraph, alleges a sweeping conspiracy to violate the Constitution.
His demands include minting a one-ounce gold coin valued at $40 trillion to erase U.S. debt. He also accuses Warner Bros. and director Christopher Nolan of plagiarizing The Dark Knight from his own writings, and claims the NSA “catfished” him by posing as actress Michelle Rodriguez to exploit his “shamanic” abilities.
Chansley, once a loyal Trump supporter, turned against him after the president refused to release the Epstein files. Though convicted for obstructing an official proceeding, he was pardoned by Trump in January 2025 along with more than 1,500 others.
