This case is one of the four criminal cases pending against Trump, and it is the one where Americans are least convinced he committed a crime.
The poll suggests that a conviction in this case could potentially impact Trump’s political campaign. However, about half of Americans would consider Trump unfit to serve as president if he is convicted. The verdict is expected in roughly six weeks.
