Former Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway has registered as a lobbyist for Ukrainian billionaire Victor Pinchuk’s foundation. According to a recent filing under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, Conway will advocate for Ukraine’s interests, focusing on raising awareness about “Ukrainians’ fight for freedom and the Russian illegal war of aggression.”

The filing, uploaded by the Justice Department, indicates that Conway will engage with U.S. lawmakers and experts, and will strive to persuade them to attend the Yalta European Strategy meeting in Kyiv on September 13-14.

Conway is representing the U.K. office of the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, a nonpartisan philanthropic organization aimed at advancing various charitable purposes in Ukraine. The foundation is privately owned and controlled by Victor Pinchuk, with no government involvement.

Conway’s agreement with the foundation stipulates a monthly fee of $50,000, with the term running from July 25 to November 14. This move comes amid hesitancy among many Republicans to approve more aid to Ukraine. Trump, who has proposed providing aid as a loan, claims he could end the war within 24 hours if he were president.

In 2015, Trump’s charitable foundation received $150,000 from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation for a speech at Pinchuk’s annual conference. This donation was scrutinized during the investigation into ties between Trump’s team and Russia.
