Ahead of former President Trump’s scheduled press conference in New Jersey on Thursday, Vice President Harris’s campaign released a mocking media advisory, accusing Trump of preparing to “hold another public meltdown” and “deliver another self-obsessed rant.”
The advisory criticized Trump for his recent appearances, including his interview with the National Association of Black Journalists and a conversation with Elon Musk, saying, “Donald Trump intends to deliver another self-obsessed rant full of his own personal grievances to distract from his toxic Project 2025 agenda.”
In a mock press release style, Harris’s team labeled Trump the “loser of the 2020 election by 7 million” and noted that his appearance would be in “not a battleground state.” The campaign highlighted that Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, had recently visited six battleground states, contrasting this with Trump’s absence from swing states for over a week.
Harris’s campaign also ridiculed Trump’s accusations that they used AI-generated photos of rally crowds, stating, “These remarks will not be artificial intelligence, but they certainly will lack intelligence.”
Trump’s campaign responded, saying, “KamalaHQ is just big mad they are playing with Play-Doh while we’re playing chess.”
