Two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, who won a $148 million defamation judgment against Rudy Giuliani, have requested additional penalties after he allegedly continued making false accusations against them. In a U.S. District Court filing, their attorneys said Giuliani repeated the discredited claims during recent broadcasts on the platform X (formerly Twitter).

The women, who faced threats after Giuliani’s baseless allegations of ballot tampering during the 2020 election, asked the court to hold him in contempt and impose sanctions. Giuliani’s lawyer, Joseph M. Cammarata, called the move an intimidation tactic and defended Giuliani as a patriot being unfairly targeted.

Freeman and Moss claim Giuliani accused them again of tampering with machines and counting ballots multiple times despite a court order barring him from making such statements. Their filing highlights Giuliani’s alleged disregard for the judgment, which permanently prohibits him from suggesting the women engaged in any wrongdoing related to the election.
