A second class-action lawsuit has been filed against Elon Musk‘s America PAC, accusing the pro-Trump super PAC of failing to pay voters as promised for signing and referring others to a campaign petition. Plaintiffs from Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Georgia say they were not compensated the promised $47–$100 per signature and referral during President Trump‘s 2024 reelection campaign.

One plaintiff, Steven Reid, claims he worked as a canvasser in Michigan and Georgia and referred “many voters” to the PAC’s First and Second Amendment petition, expecting thousands in payments. Despite repeated attempts to collect, he says he hasn’t been paid.

This marks the second lawsuit of its kind. A previous plaintiff claimed he was owed $20,000 for gathering signatures and also could not reach the PAC. Musk had also promoted a $1 million-a-day giveaway tied to the petition, which is the subject of a separate fraud lawsuit.

America PAC has denied wrongdoing but declined comment on the latest suit.
