President Joe Biden stated in a CNN interview that he believes former President Donald Trump will not accept the 2024 election outcome, terming it “dangerous.” This was in response to Trump’s earlier statement that he would accept honest results but fight if they were not. Biden characterized Trump as a non-democrat and a threat to democracy.
Biden’s campaign spokesperson, James Singer, echoed these sentiments, labeling Trump a danger to the Constitution and democracy. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre also denounced the dangerous election denial conspiracy theories promoted by some.
Trump, in recent interviews, has continued to question election results and hinted at the possibility of political violence if he loses, stating it depends on the fairness of the election.
