The initiative includes virtual organizing and training events, with a focus on battleground states. It aims to reengage the nearly 11,000 LGBTQ+ volunteers who helped elect Biden and Vice President Harris in 2020.
The campaign claims that the Biden-Harris administration is the most pro-LGBTQ+ in history and has been endorsed by top LGBTQ+ organizations. Events will be held in key swing-state cities. Campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez warned of the potential impact on LGBTQ+ rights if former President Trump were reelected.
