The Republican Voters Against Trump, supported by the Republican Accountability PAC, is initiating a six-figure advertisement campaign to demonstrate former Vice President Mike Pence’s decision not to support Donald Trump’s bid for reelection. The campaign includes a 15-second digital ad and billboards in battleground states such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, emphasizing Pence’s prioritization of country over party.
The digital ad, set to run for a week, features footage of Pence and Trump together and Pence’s statement of non-endorsement. Billboards with Pence’s quote will be displayed in major cities across these states. Pence, who concluded his primary campaign against Trump last October, pointed to significant differences with Trump over the January 6 Capitol attack, abortion policies, government expenditure, and the proposed TikTok ban as reasons for his decision.
