Eighteen people were killed in shootings at a Lewiston bar and bowling alley on Wednesday night, Governor Mills said at a Thursday morning press conference at Lewiston City Hall. Thirteen people were injured.
A manhunt is continuing for Robert Card who is considered “armed and dangerous,” Mills said at the press conference. Lockdowns remain in place for residents of Lewiston and Bowdoin.
