The U.S. military has escalated its offensive against Houthi forces in Yemen, conducting strikes on 14 Houthi missiles poised for launch. These strikes, part of ongoing efforts over the past week, aim to mitigate threats to commercial and U.S. Navy ships in the region. The Houthis, controlling much of Yemen, have targeted international shipping in the Red Sea since November, disrupting global trade and stoking international concern.
