His campaign has mainly targeted the DOJ and FBI, with Cabinet nominees like Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard expressing hostility toward intelligence agencies. Trump also named John Ratcliffe as his pick for CIA director in his second term, despite souring relations with former CIA directors Mike Pompeo and Gina Haspel.
