President-elect Donald Trump posted a combative Thanksgiving message on Truth Social, addressing both supporters and critics. “Happy Thanksgiving to all, including the Radical Left Lunatics who have worked to destroy our Country, but miserably failed,” he wrote, celebrating what he called a “landslide victory” for his movement. He assured Americans the nation would soon be “respected, productive, fair, and strong.”
Trump’s post follows his recent election win over Vice President Kamala Harris, which he called an “unprecedented mandate” in a Mar-a-Lago speech. Declaring his political movement the “greatest of all time,” he vowed to help the country heal.
As Trump prepares for his second term, his administration faces scrutiny. Earlier this week, bomb and “swatting” threats targeted several incoming officials, prompting condemnation from House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.). Transition spokesperson Karoline Leavitt confirmed the threats, but Trump has yet to comment publicly on the incidents.
