President Donald Trump reshared an AI-generated video on Truth Social Sunday night that portrays former President Barack Obama being arrested by FBI agents in the Oval Office. The 90-second clip opens with Democrats declaring “No one is above the law” and shows Obama in handcuffs before being placed in a jail cell. The video originated from a TikTok user and was not created by Trump himself.
The post followed a series of late-night Truth Social uploads by Trump, including a parody image titled “The Shady Bunch” featuring mugshots of former Obama-era intelligence officials such as James Comey and James Clapper.
The posts came days after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard declassified documents she claims show Obama officials suppressed intelligence that would have cleared Trump in the 2016 Russia probe. Gabbard has called for criminal indictments, labeling it a “treasonous conspiracy.”
