An internal whistleblower complaint at Trump Media calls for CEO Devin Nunes’ removal, accusing him of mismanaging the company and creating legal risks. The letter, reviewed by ProPublica, alleges that Nunes directed the hiring of foreign contractors over Americans, contradicting Trump’s “America First” stance. It also criticizes Nunes for hiring unqualified associates and misleading employees.
The complaint, which claims to represent over half the staff, was submitted to the company’s audit committee. Despite Truth Social’s stock surge, the letter warns that unresolved issues could lead to a public relations crisis and damage the platform’s reputation. Trump Media has not responded directly to the accusations, but a company lawyer dismissed ProPublica‘s reporting as inaccurate.
