The case, led by New York Attorney General Letitia James, accuses Trump and executives of inflating his net worth for financial gains. Trump denies wrongdoing, attributing political motives to James’ actions and warning of property seizure if the payment isn’t met. His lawyers argue the difficulty of meeting the bond demand, while Trump considers using his available funds for his campaign rather than the bond.
