Former US President Donald Trump has revealed his plan to dismantle the so-called “deep state,” a term used to describe the bureaucratic apparatus of the federal government that has been accused of being resistant to change. In an interview with Fox News, Trump stated that he would take a series of steps to reform the government and “get rid of the bad people” who he believes are working against his administration.

The former president’s plan includes removing individuals from government positions who are deemed disloyal to his administration, as well as implementing a hiring freeze on certain agencies. He also plans to review the regulations and policies of various departments to ensure they align with his administration’s priorities.

Trump told Fox News, “We’re going to have a lot of changes. We’re going to get rid of a tremendous amount of regulations. You’re going to see things happen like you haven’t seen happen in many, many years.”

Critics have expressed concern that Trump’s plan to dismantle the deep state could undermine the independence of government agencies and undermine the rule of law. However, the former president insists that his actions are necessary to create a more efficient and effective government.
