Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro dismissed Ohio Senator J.D. Vance’s accusation that voters turned away due to long lines in Bucks County was a case of “voter fraud.” Shapiro, responding to Fox News’s Bret Baier, stated, “That’s just more bull—- from J.D. Vance.” He clarified that Pennsylvania’s election process is jointly managed by both Republican and Democratic officials across all counties and overseen by a Republican secretary of state.
Shapiro also noted that any disruptions were promptly addressed to ensure all eligible votes were counted, adding that the Trump campaign acknowledged his and Secretary of State Al Schmidt’s efforts to maintain election integrity. Pennsylvania, a pivotal swing state, has shown a close polling margin between former President Trump and Vice President Harris for the upcoming election.
