Robert F. Kennedy Jr. secured legal victories in North Carolina and Michigan on Friday in his bid to remove his name from ballots after suspending his campaign and endorsing Donald Trump. In North Carolina, the state Court of Appeals ordered officials to halt the distribution of absentee ballots with Kennedy’s name, just as they were set to be mailed. The court also directed that Kennedy’s name be removed from the ballots.

Kennedy’s legal team hailed the rulings in North Carolina and Michigan, stating they support ballot integrity. However, the rulings may face appeals, and North Carolina officials expressed concern about meeting deadlines for mailing absentee ballots.
