A watchdog group, Accountable.US, has accused Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President-elect Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services, of voter fraud. The group alleges Kennedy voted in the 2024 election using a New York address where he does not legally reside.

The complaint, filed with the New York State Board of Elections, claims Kennedy registered to vote in Katonah, NY, and cast a mail-in ballot despite courts ruling he did not live at the listed address. This address was also at the center of a prior legal dispute when Kennedy unsuccessfully attempted to qualify for New York’s presidential ballot.

Kennedy, a former independent presidential candidate, faces Senate confirmation hearings, with this latest allegation adding to controversies surrounding Trump’s cabinet picks. Critics argue the claims cast doubt on Kennedy’s adherence to the law and suitability to lead public health efforts.
