Sen. Rand Paul criticized President Biden and Sen. Mitch McConnell for spending “borrowed” money on Ukraine, stating, “we don’t have any money.” He suggested Ukraine could negotiate neutrality in exchange for troop withdrawal.

Meanwhile, Biden signed a $95 billion aid package for Ukraine and Israel, and criticized “MAGA Republicans” for delaying the aid. Despite the challenges, Biden affirmed, “we did what America always does; we rose to the moment, came together and we got it done.”
