Rep. Nancy Pelosi criticized former President Donald Trump’s remarks about Vice President Kamala Harris, accusing the media of amplifying his comments. Trump, during a CNN appearance, claimed Harris had “bigger cognitive problems” than President Biden. Pelosi responded by saying, “Why would you even cover that? This is a person who’s not on the level,” calling Trump “incompetent.”
At a rally in Georgia, Trump said world leaders mocked Harris and couldn’t believe she might become president. Pelosi labeled his comments an “assault on women,” and criticized Trump’s presidency, pointing to his tax cuts benefiting the wealthy and what she described as his poor job creation record.
