The America PAC, founded by tech billionaire Elon Musk, is promoting a petition supporting the First and Second Amendments. The PAC offers $47 for each registered voter a person gets to sign the petition in key swing states. Musk, who has endorsed former President Trump’s 2024 campaign, encouraged participation via his social media platform X.
The PAC aims to gather 1 million signatures across seven battleground states: Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, and North Carolina. The effort coincides with the campaigns of Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, who are running neck-and-neck in these swing states. Recent polls show Harris leading Trump by 3.4 percentage points nationally, though Trump holds narrow leads in Arizona, Georgia, and North Carolina.
