This stance comes during her husband’s 2024 presidential campaign, where abortion remains a divisive issue, particularly after the Supreme Court’s 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson ruling, which overturned Roe v. Wade. Former President Trump has since emphasized leaving abortion laws to states, despite previously celebrating the end of Roe v. Wade.
