Freeman and Moss, who sued Giuliani over false claims of election fraud, continue efforts to collect his remaining assets. Giuliani’s new lawyer urged the court to reject severe sanctions, citing his compliance efforts. A separate contempt hearing in Washington, D.C., on related accusations is set for Friday.
