Rudy Giuliani appeared in court Thursday as Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss sought to claim his Florida condo and other assets to satisfy a $146 million defamation judgment. The case stems from Giuliani’s false claims that the two Georgia election workers engaged in voter fraud during the 2020 election.

Freeman and Moss aim to seize Giuliani’s $3.5 million Palm Beach condo and three Yankees World Series rings. Giuliani asserts the rings were gifted to his son, Andrew, and that losing the condo would leave him homeless. However, the judge has barred certain evidence, including texts and emails supporting Giuliani’s Florida residency claim, citing his failure to disclose it earlier.

Giuliani has already surrendered a $5 million Manhattan apartment, a Mercedes-Benz, and luxury items. The trial follows a string of legal defeats for the former New York City mayor, who claims he is a victim of political persecution.
