A posthumous memoir by Virginia Giuffre, Nobody’s Girl, reveals chilling new details about her abuse by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and reiterates her allegations that she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions. The BBC obtained an advance copy of the book, set for publication Tuesday, nearly six months after Giuffre’s death by suicide.

In the memoir, Giuffre writes that she feared she might “die a sex slave” under Epstein’s control, describing sadistic assaults that left her “praying to black out.” She claims her first encounter with Prince Andrew took place in March 2001 when she was 17, after being told by Maxwell she would meet a “handsome prince.” Giuffre alleges they later had sex in London, New York, and on Epstein’s private island alongside several underage girls.

Prince Andrew, who settled a civil case with Giuffre in 2022 without admitting wrongdoing, “vigorously denies” the allegations. Buckingham Palace sources acknowledged the memoir could cause “more days of pain ahead” for the royal family.

The release follows Andrew’s decision last week to relinquish his Duke of York title and membership in the Order of the Garter. Meanwhile, UK police are reviewing claims that the prince once sought confidential information about Giuffre through his protection officer.
