An attorney for several Jeffrey Epstein victims accused the U.S. government of withholding vital evidence related to Epstein’s network of associates. Sigrid McCawley said authorities have failed to release data seized from Epstein’s homes and have not held his lawyer or accountant accountable.

“There’s a plethora of information the public has not been able to see,” McCawley told NewsNation’s Elizabeth Vargas, referencing files from computers and financial documents obtained from Epstein’s properties in New York and Florida.

While high-profile figures such as Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and Prince Andrew have drawn attention for their associations with Epstein, McCawley focused on those directly on his payroll, now facing civil suits from victims. “None of those people have been prosecuted,” she said, referring to enablers within Epstein’s inner circle.

McCawley supports protecting victim identities but said much other evidence could be disclosed — including records showing who visited or received payments from Epstein.

Speculation around Epstein’s 2019 death remains intense. A Justice Department memo released Monday confirmed his death was by suicide, a finding disputed by some Trump allies who suspect foul play.
