According to constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley, there may not be sufficient evidence to impeach President Joe Biden. However, Turley believes that it is necessary to conduct an impeachment inquiry to address concerns about corruption surrounding Biden’s alleged financial misconduct.
He explained that it is common to have limited evidence at the beginning of a presidential impeachment investigation. Turley also mentioned that the bank records obtained by Republicans do not reveal any financial gain for the President.
