Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has submitted a motion seeking to revoke the bond of Harrison Floyd, who is a co-defendant with former President Donald Trump in the Georgia election investigation. The motion is based on accusations that Floyd engaged in actions that could be construed as witness and co-defendant intimidation. Willis pointed to Floyd’s social media posts, which included comments about Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and other individuals involved in the case, as potential violations of his bond conditions.

In response, Floyd’s legal team has contested these claims, stating that the accusations lack merit and suggesting that the motion is a form of retaliation. They maintain that Floyd neither threatened nor made any direct communication with any witnesses or co-defendants in the case.
