In Washington D.C., a large group of protesters converged on Union Station, advocating for a cease-fire in Gaza. This demonstration led to significant disruptions in Metro services. The protesters, who later shifted their rally to First Street NE, effectively blocked access to Union Station. During the protest, participants were seen waving Palestinian flags and vocalizing their opposition to U.S. aid to Israel.

This protest coincided with other notable events in the same week, including the “March for Israel” and a separate demonstration at the Democratic National Committee headquarters. Like the Union Station protesters, these groups were also calling for a cease-fire in the Gaza conflict.
