In the Georgia election interference case, a bail bondsman named Scott Hall has pleaded guilty to five counts of conspiracy to commit intentional interference with election duties.

He is the first defendant to accept a plea deal in this case. As per the deal, he will receive five years of probation, a fine, community service, and will also testify against other defendants.

This plea deal is a significant development in the case and a win for the Fulton County District Attorney in her pursuit of a racketeering case against the former president and other parties involved.
