The social media platform previously known as Twitter, but now called X by Elon Musk, has announced that it will cover the legal expenses of individuals who have been treated unfairly by their employers because of their posts or likes on the platform.
X has recently reported over 540 million monthly users, which is a record high, but the company is currently facing competition from Meta Platforms’ Threads and is making changes to increase its declining advertising revenue.
Despite Musk’s vision of creating an “everything app,” X’s financial situation remains negative due to a significant drop in advertising revenue and a heavy debt load.
