Andrew Tate, a contentious influencer who has been accused of human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group in Romania, has been granted an appeal to be released from house arrest while awaiting trial.

The Bucharest Court of Appeals has replaced Tate’s house arrest with judicial control, permitting him to have freedom from August 4 to October 2. This ruling permits Tate to move about freely but under the supervision of the judicial system until his trial, which represents a significant advancement in his legal case.
