Changes/Corrections made

On 4/2/2021 Scary Mommy, a popular blog/website on parenting and child care, was moved from High factual to Mixed due to the discovery of 3 failed fact checks. Scary Mommy advocates liberal/progressive policies and holds a left bias by MBFC criteria.

Notable Source Additions

Brand New Tube – is a video upload service based in the United Kingdom. The premise is they won’t ban anyone; therefore, those banned from Youtube, such as Alex Jones, post videos there. This is a 100% conspiracy and pseudoscience site. It earned the notorious Very Low factual distinction.

Thrive Global – is a company/website founded by Arianna Huffington. The website promotes news and information on well-being. Unfortunately, they also routinely promote pseudosciences such as natural covid-19 cures and prevention.

Lindell TV – is a website published by “My Pillow Guy” Mike Lindell. The website features his election fraud conspiracy videos. All of his videos have been thoroughly debunked, and as a result, Lindell TV earned a Very Low factual rating. Zero credibility.

The Daily Expose – is a website based in the UK that promotes crackpot conspiracies regarding Covid-19 and vaccines. They completely lack transparency and continue the trend this week of Very Low factual sources.
