Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, was arrested and charged with first-degree homicide Wednesday in connection with the deaths of two people during protests over the police shooting of Jacob Blake. As in many protests in recent months, videos show those in Kenosha who had turned out to demand police reform were met by armed counter-activists like the man who appears to be Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse’s online footprint shows strong support for law enforcement, guns and President Donald Trump. A Facebook page in his name included a variety of pro-police content that has become common in conservative circles.
